X2 Block Match is a challenging puzzle game where players combine numbered blocks to double their values, aiming to reach the elusive number 2048.
How to Play
The main objective is to merge identical number blocks to form a block with a doubled value. For instance, combining two '2' blocks yields a '4', and two '4' blocks create an '8'. As the game progresses, the board becomes tighter, requiring strategic combinations to maximize space and extend gameplay. The game concludes when no empty spaces remain for new blocks.
Controls
To play, click on a column to place a new number block in an empty spot. The game board consists of 5 columns, and it's advisable to choose a column with a higher score for enhanced combos.
Gameplay Tips
- Position your highest-value blocks in a corner, preferably the last corner of a column, to facilitate more combinations and conserve space.
- Concentrate on merging blocks in a particular board area, which helps manage the influx of new blocks and prevents the board from filling too quickly.
